Grape Seed Extract - The antioxidant actions of proanthyocyanidins (Grape Seed Extract) are about 50 times greater than vitamin C or E. The free radical activity of proanthocyanidins protects the cells against water and fat soluble free radicals. Its chemical structure is incorporated within cell membranes. Antioxidants prevent the oxidation of cholesterol and its carrier proteins as well as preventing initial damage to the artery which ultimately leads to the process of atherosclerosis. Only grape seed extract contains the Gallic ester of proanthocyanidins. These compounds are the most active free radical scavenging proanthocyanidins.
Vitamin C - It has a long history as an antioxidant.
Co-Q 10 - It is a potent antioxidant.
Protocol: Take the following amount of capsules corresponding with your weight, along with one full glass of water (8 oz.), ½ to 1 hour before each meal:
