Turmeric – Clinical studies have confirmed that the volatile oil in Turmeric can ease acute pain caused by a number of mechanisms. Citrus Bioflavonoids – They enhance absorption of Vitamin C and should be taken together. They are used extensively for injuries because they relieve pain, bumps and bruises. They also have an antibacterial effect and promote circulation.
Ginger Extract – Ginger is used for its inherent properties that reduce spasms and cramps. It cleanses the colon and stimulates circulation which aids in healing.
Vitamin C – It is an antioxidant that is required for tissue growth and repair. Vitamin C protects against blood clotting and bruising and promotes the healing of wounds as well as the production of anti-stress hormones.
